EZVideoSplicer is an easy to use media file editor. EZVideoSplicer allows you to quickly and easily cut or join WMV/ASF or AVI files.
It also allows you to encode AVI files using any installed Vfw codec, or encode WMV files using Windows Media 9.
Merge media files of any supported type (WMV/ASF, AVI, MPEG, DIVX) into one large file. EZVideoSplicer supports constant and variable bit rate video encoding and a wide range of audio encoding options Works with ASF/WMV, AVI, mpeg, and divx formats.
EZVideoSplicer can also encode AVI's using a sequence of still images, great for creating animations using rendering software.
