Scan to Email - scan your paper document and attach a PDF to a new mail message.
All you have to do is simply place the document in the scanner's sheet feeder, click on the scan button - job done. Adobe Acrobat not required.
Plugins:
· FileName Generator - Automatically generate the PDF file name based on date, increment, user id, etc.
· BarCode Reader - Detects a barcode on the scanned page and assigns the barcode value to the PDF name
· OCR Module - Create searchable PDFs for submission to a document management system.
· MetaTag Indexing - Allows user to enter indexing and keyword information for submission to a document management system.
