Chat Watch is the only program available that shows both incoming and outgoing chat conversations. Chat Watch is a program for Windows that logs both sides of instant message conversations made on AOL Instant Messenger, MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, and ICQ.
Chat Watch optionally can be run in stealth mode, automatically e-mail you a copy of each chat conversation, and is password protected.
