Smart Desktop is a wallpaper changer application that will change your background images (wallpaper) on every startup, once a day or at regular intervals.
It works on both the standard and the Active Desktop environment. Smart Desktop randomly selects and changes your Windows wallpaper from a list that you have selected.
Also has a nice preview window as well as a settable timer in which it waits for the specified time before changing the wallpaper. It has the power to display JPG,BMP,EMF,WMF and GIF file type to desktop when your desktop is not set to view as Web page or without Active Desktop.
