ProChef Premier is a useful point of sale software for a restaurant or retail business that includes a recipe and menu management program, an employee and time management program, and an inventory and sales tracking program into one seamless back-office suite and a POS interface that is touch screen enabled for either dine-in, carry out, catering, or quick service food, and beverage sales.

· Sales Management : Create invoices of menu items sold, refunded or voided. Keep tab of server banks and amounts owed of all sales made by the servers. Show menu item contribution percentages. Sales interface is touch screen monitor enabled.

· Recipe and menu management : Storing, editing and costing restaurant recipes and menus.
