Themebar is a skinning application that allows you to fully customize the appearance of Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, My Computer, and Outlook Express.
Themebar lets you customize toolbars, animated logos, and background images in all of these applications. In addition, Themebar allows you to customize your Favorites menu icons and the Go button in Internet Explorer.
