The Cutter-Joiner application was designed to be a small program that cut's a file into smaller files of any size. The same program has the joiner to join the small files together. But if you want you can join them and without any program. Very Fast. With a little confusing screen but "it seems to work"!
To cut: - Select a file to cut. - Check in what size of packs you want to cut the file (default 500Kb). - Select the target directory.
