The Alarm application was designed to be a simple program which chimes at a set time. Just right click on the Alarm clock icon in the Icon Tray (Where the time resides). To set the time just click Set Time and enter the time in the Box.
NOTE:
The time box is 24hr Time so 3pm is 15:00 etc, also if you want the alarm to go off from 12am to 9am (00:00 to 09:00) remember to put the 0 in front of the number. I.E 09:00 not 9:00.
