Enter the Mortgage details, purchase price(including stamp duty, solicitors fees etc) and all management fees and local taxes and maintenance charges.
Once complete, select the calculate button to see the profit/loss. Now save the record. There is an option to add properties to the list but mark them as not purchased and there is a check box to alloW you to view only the purchased properties. Some countries allow you to get tax relief on your losses so you can enter a tax percentage which can then be applied to the final calculation.
