The WorkPause utility helps you reduce the risk of developing permanent Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) by reminding you to take regular breaks.
Here are some key features of "WorkPause":
Customizable. Both short and long breaks are supported:
· short break: stay at your desk, but look away from the monitor; flex your arms and neck.
· long break: stand up, stretch, go for a short walk.
· Unobtrusive and discrete, sits in the system tray when not active.
· Can be set to remind you with just a tooltip or by locking the entire screen
· (canceling or postponement of the break is also possible).
· Keeps statisctics of the time spent using the computer and the breaks made.
· Auto-run option, to start it automatically every time the Windows boots.
· Low memory and CPU usage.
