Replacer application was designed to help you search and replac character strings in the given files. Replacer is integrated in Windows shell. You can drag-drop files and you can doubleclick the replacement template file to load it. You can send selected items to the Replacer thru "SendTo" menu.
You can add more than one file and more than one replacing pattern. This way you can create simple templates for replacing a character table (e.g. language code pages), patches etc.
Lengthy strings are somewhat difficult to enter in a single line. To use special character (e.g. RETURN or ESC) you must use its ASCII code enclosed in square brackets.
Square brackets are interpreted as ASCII-code wrapper only under if:
· There are pairs of them.
· The text inbetween is a number from 0 to 255.
