Sumka is a useful and reliable program launcher that comes with different abilities:
1. Panels of buttons. This program has main panel, consist of some buttons, which can do 2 things: run programs or open files, and and open another panel, which consist of some other buttons. Look like folders. All Panels can be rized by hot-key or hot-mouse in user defined order. Panels can be filled by background picture and buttons can have skins.
2. Quick-icons. For each button user can open qicon. It is icon, which can be placed over all window and user has access to it every time. Also, visibility/Position of q-icons can be driven by win-key. 3. Plug-ins.
