PrintJobs -- The perfect replacement for mail merge! It is software designed to facilitate the printing of infinite labels, envelopes and tent cards. PrintJobs links directly with all editions of iDo wedding software as well as Microsoft Outlook. You may also create custom address lists using these contacts.
Creating a PrintJob is very easy...Simply drag-and-drop names onto your selected product and print!
PrintJobs links to your various address lists from Microsoft Outlook, iDo Wedding Couple Edition, iDo Wedding and Event Professional Edition and Comma Separated Values (CSV) files. Once selected, information such as contact names and addresses will appear. Later on, you may want to pick and choose names and addresses from these existing lists and save them as 'My Lists' - separate address lists for colleagues, college friends, Christmas cards, etc.
Once you click the 'Create PrintJob' button your PrintJob will be created in Rich Text Format (.rtf). These RTF documents can be opened by many common word processors including Microsoft Word, Corel WordPerfect and OpenOffice.org Writer, to name a few.
The software is accessible in English, French, German and Spanish. Technical Support is available in English.
